The Аcacia honey is considered to be one of the best varieties. It is derived from acacia yellow - caragana tree-like, as well as caragana bushes. The fresh honey has a watery-transparent color, crystallized very slowly with fine-grained crystals. After crystallization it becomes milky - white. It contains up to 40% fructose and up to 35% glucose.
It is referred to as "light honey", which contains a low percentage of mineral components. Acacia honey is characterized by a gentle taste and a thin, faint aroma. It is a thick mass with a pleasant honey smell. It doesn’t contain antibiotics or artificial preservatives.
Acacia honey is used as a popular medicine for the treatment of various diseases and in cosmetic procedures, has unique properties and is valued more than other varieties.
Properties:
- acacia nectar has hypoallergenic properties and is allowed to be consumed even by diabetics. The enzymes contained in the nectar help digestion and metabolism in the body;
